These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.yikes.in and all products and services offered by Yikes. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Products
Yikes strives to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, print placement, fabric texture, measurements, and finishing may occur due to photography, screen settings, lighting conditions, and the manufacturing process.
These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Yikes reserves the right to modify product prices, promotional offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Yikes reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Payment verification issues.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Abuse of promotional offers.
- Violation of these Terms.
If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be processed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery orders require an Advance Partial Payment of ₹99.
The ₹99 amount is adjusted against the total order value.
The ₹99 Advance Partial Payment is non-refundable if:
- The customer refuses delivery.
- The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.
- The order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- The order is returned for customer-related reasons.
- The customer cancels the order after dispatch.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an error by Yikes or the logistics partner, the ₹99 Advance Partial Payment will be refunded or adjusted towards a replacement order, where applicable.
Payment
We accept payment through secure third-party payment gateways.
Yikes does not store your complete debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- Transportation disruptions.
- Government restrictions.
- Operational delays.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, or damages.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Any refund approved after cancellation will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our respective policies available on our website.
Customers are encouraged to review these policies before placing an order.
